S2GRUPO-CERT offers its clients a team of rapid response to particularly relevant security incidents, providing technical, legal and organizational support to organizations with any problem and recover the affected service in the shortest time possible.
Each activation of the FIG (Fast Intervention Group) will be coordinated by a Team Leader, whose responsibility will be to act as an interlocutor between S2GRUPO-CERT and the customer, object of intervention, and coordinate any action taken by the FIG; from S2GRUPO-CERT operating procedures will be defined, including responsibilities, contact persons, response mechanisms… needed to maximize the efficiency of any intervention. In addition, the Team Leader will have the authority to mobilize personnel from the security center, 24×7, for the implementation of support tasks in action.
FIG activations will be accompanied by an audit report detailing how many aspects are considered to determine the extent of the problem, the actions taken and the guidelines to be applied so that similar incidents are not repeated in the future.
A crisis is a special type of incident that requires, in addition to the incident management process, the meeting of a crisis committee for quick and effective decision making to overcome the crisis. S2GRUPO-CERT offers its customers support in managing security crises, providing technical and legal support and even providing locations for meetings of the crisis cabinet.
