TIKÉ® IS THE S2 GRUPO SOLUTION DESIGNED TO UNIFY, SIMPLIFY AND OPTIMIZE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGAL REGULATIONS AS WELL AS FURTHER MAINTENANCE IN A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE AND INTUITIVE WAY.
Implementing and managing the adaptation of an organization to the LOPD or Management System of Information Security is not a Herculean task. However, for many organizations it still is: lack of traceability, overload office-based document systems, lack of monitoring initiatives or manager impairment in mechanical tasks are just some of the problems that many companies face. To address these problems, S2 Grupo has developed tiké®, a solution based on many years of experience working with real companies of various sizes and activity areas.
Currently, tiké® focuses its application in the field of the Organic Law of Data Protection and data protection as well as Management Systems of Information Security based on ISO 27001. However, the presence of a basic corporate management module incorporating elements such as project management, incidents, tasks, documents or indicators among others facilitates its adaptation almost immediately to other references used by the customer.

tiké® has many features that allow one to manage holistically all the aspects of system management in a single interface, not only those common elements but also those more specific to each reference.
Some of the main features of the application are as follows, although there are many others:
- Projects and tasks. Depending on the magnitude of an initiative it can be associated with a project, which in turn is broken down into smaller tasks, making it possible to establish a detailed monitoring of their progress.
- Documentary system. The documentary system built into tiké® through an online editor allows the traceability of changes, and establishes document approval processes.
- Assets. The tool incorporates a basic CMDB for managing the assets from those who keep track of dependencies, features, attachments, and their relationship with risk analysis.
- Suppliers and contracts. tiké® allows you to keep an inventory of suppliers and associated contracts, in order for them to be listed in the inventory of suppliers, whether they are associated with assets or treated as Data Processors.
- Multi-company. Designed as a multi-company approach, it allows the implementation of the tool in groups of companies or complex organizations, yet maintaining their independence.
- Incidences. The incident module facilitates the registration of incidents arising in the organization, and the creation of tasks deriving from them.
- Selection of Controls Document. The ISMS module allows for the monitoring and maintenance of the selection of controls document required by ISO 27001, with advantages such as maturity models or association with documents and safeguards.
- Risk analysis. With the ISMS module it is possible to conduct a Risk Analysis, which incorporates versioning and approval of the results by an authorized user.
tiké® has many features that allow one to manage holistically all the aspects of system management in a single interface, not only those common elements but also those more specific to each reference. - NOTE file. Using the NOTE file, the user can manage the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency and perform the necessary telematic formalities.
- Security document. One of the requirements of the Data Protection Act, the Security Document, is generated dynamically and easily, from the information reflected in the application, creating a simple document, updated and easy to manage.
The care taken in the design and implementation of tiké®, both functional and aesthetic, make the tool supply multiple benefits beyond the features already mentioned:
- tiké® runs on both a SaaS model (Software-as-a-Service), which allows access to the platform from anywhere and eliminates maintenance costs for the organization as an in-house model for organizations wishing greater control.
- The web interface tiké® is fully responsive (adaptable to any screen resolution), has a simple design and intuitive navigation. Based on state-of-the-art standards, it allows access and systems management from any device: a desktop computer, a laptop, iPad or smartphone.
- The application presents a high degree of relationship between the elements of the application, avoiding the duplication of information, documentary or of any sort. It facilitates system management and allows for defining responsibilities between the user and entities.
- A high degree of direct relationship has been achieved between the structure of the references and screens that make up the application, which facilitates rapid learning in the use of the application, not having to manage different screens within the tool.
- tiké® presents a constant evolution to cope with new regulatory schemes and the needs of different organizations. Among others, ISO 9001, the National Security Scheme, ISO 22301 (business continuity) or the Law on Protection of Critical Infrastructure are some of the references that are currently in development.
- To facilitate optimal use in complex organizations where several companies coexist or even several locations within the same organization, it was designed with the multi-agency model that facilitates the movement of inter-agency entities, maintaining the necessary independence.
