A leading consumer goods company in Peru, with a presence throughout Latin America, faced the challenge of strengthening its response to cybersecurity incidents. Although it had an IT-focused cybersecurity team, it needed to conduct simulated technical and executive exercises to realistically assess its preparedness.

Our experts took on the task, analyzing existing documentation and designing workshops to familiarize the team with the Incident Response Plan and playbooks.

The resulting executive report details participants, lessons learned, strengths, weaknesses and recommendations, confirming in a didactic way the workers' understanding and knowledge of the incident response plan.

This project not only strengthened the company's incident preparedness, but also confirmed the effectiveness of its training and employees' understanding of roles and functions.
