The Valenciaport Foundation and S2 Grupo join forces to launch an innovative cybersecurity analysis and diagnosis service specially designed for ports
Valencia - 30.10.2020. The Valenciaport Foundation and S2 Grupo, as part of their strategy to support innovation and digital transformation of ports, have combined their knowledge, experience and capabilities to launch a new Cybersecurity Analysis and Diagnosis service, especially created for ports and port operators in Spain, Europe and Latin America.
The objective of this service, both in the IT environment (Information Technologies) and in the OT (Operation Technologies) environment, is to analyze the organizational and technical vulnerabilities of ports from a holistic plane, combining and interrelating both physical security systems and threats in cyberspace, providing operators with the best technological tools to detect and identify in advance any incident, attack and/or threat at their facilities and proposing a roadmap to improve the cybersecurity of their business processes .
It is also about technical assistance that is easily adaptable to the type of port depending on its load, as well as to its size depending on its traffic and number of transactions.
The Valenciaport Foundation, an innovation center that promotes the implementation of projects aimed at improving the competitiveness of the port logistics sector, has joined forces in this initiative with S2 Grupo, a national and international benchmark in the field of cybersecurity and cyber-intelligence, to offer a quality service fully adapted to the port logistics sector.
